Single-story house with a large garden surrounding it. The interior is dated, dark, lacking emotion, and with functionality unsuitable for a young couple starting their lives together.
The intervention was profound, both functionally and aesthetically, upgrading the property as a whole and, above all, enhancing its direct relationship with the garden.
Light flooded the ground floor, providing it with spaciousness and lightness. The staircase is supported by a dematerialized metallic element, allowing the necessary and desirable visual fluidity.
Neutral and earth tones, warm materials like wood, balance the spaces in terms of comfort and aesthetics.
The gain of the upper floor, initially an unused attic, offers magnificent spaciousness and natural light, allowing for a master suite and a workspace.
