VILLA JUZO

Single-family house on a corner plot with excellent sun exposure and privileged views. The developer aimed for an architectural piece that would enhance the location while simultaneously creating an intimate atmosphere, contrasting with the existing surroundings, featuring modern architectural lines.

The sloping topography of the lot allowed for the natural integration of the building, forming a sheltered and sunny courtyard. This space is defined by serene and balanced volumes that release the garden, extending its use as an extension of the interior space.
